Waterloo Creative was inspired and built by the passion, authenticity and rawness of the city that it was named after. Although Austin doesn’t hold its original namesake of Waterloo anymore, its transformation and evolution has been built on that foundation. Waterloo Creative pays homage to the roots of Austin by focusing on bringing community together with a well-designed and thoughtful experience, while partnering with the best talents in the area.

The owner of Waterloo Creative, Lauran Jansma-Grimes, has over 15 years of industry experience where she’s woven her professional story through her time spent and relationships built within the non-profit, corporate, DMC and social markets. For seven years, she thrived at Austin’s top events agency, gaining experience within the industry through the lens of a program designer, senior planner and sales manager. Having been immersed in corporate and DMC opportunities, Lauran understands the importance of brand integrity and an authentic story. She is dedicated to designing an aesthetic experience that expresses the brand, vision, and messaging of her partnering clients.
